Simple pricing

In 03, when we started, we pioneered the simple, straightforward ratecard. And we continue to develop this – because it makes aerial filming a little easier to understand.

And a lot easier for production teams to cost.

SINGLE or TWIN?

Our primary helicopters are single-engine and do 95% of our work. However, we occasionally will recommend a twin-engine helicopter for a particular task. Normally this would only be certain parts of London which cannot be accessed by a single-engine due to rules. (The main icons of London are all accessible by single)

ALL INCLUSIVE

We only price "all-inclusive". That means pilot, camera operator, helicopter, HD gyrostab tapeless record tv system, fuel, oil, full insurance, £50 of landing fees a day, tape stock or tapeless download. And you are only charged for the actual flying done – from skids-up to skids-down with no charges for the number of engine starts or reasonable ground-running.

Our costs are kept simple with the only “extras” being for overnights or operations outside normal hours. And we don’t charge extra for weekends.

SINGLE ENGINE

£2000 brings you all you need. Filming helicopter, full camera system, onboard recording and/or live tx, UHF talkback, talent cameras and full insurance. And all operational costs for 2 hours of flying base-to-base.

Each additional six minutes of flying beyond 2 hours is charged at £65.00.

You can opt for a 6 flying hour day at £4350.00, a 3hr day at £2500 – a big saving.

TWIN ENGINE

£5000 for a 2hr all-inclusive flight.
